Great experience at this establishment they fixed my iPhone screen the same day I left it. 10/10 would recommend this spot to repair phone screens.

I unfortunately cannot give 0 stars. Instead of fixing my iPad, the tech broke it. Every time he opened it, he left smudges on the back of the screen (why was he not wearing gloves????), and the batter they put it didn’t work. It wouldn’t charge at all, so they replaced it, and the second battery will only charge on 1 specific cable and dies super fast. When the tech tried to figure out why the 2nd battery sucked, he broke my home button and my rear camera. It took over 2 months for the whole situation to get resolved but in the end they would up just replacing my iPad because they broke it beyond repair. Oh, and at one point I called and sat on hold for 22 minutes only to be hung up on. If what you are looking for is an iPad batter replacement run away from this place as far and fast as you can.

This batteries plus is above average. They really helped us out in a time of need, just minutes before closing. Solid customer service and help all the way around. And even though I wasn't the in the best of moods because of our issue, (dead battery) they went out of their way to help me and my family. Daniel is the bomb, keep it up.

Bill at (3415 W Glendale Ave Suite 2 Phoenix AZ) is awesome he had the right batteries for my Genie Lift the next morning. I spent 2 months trying to get the batteries from the Scottsdale Batteries Plus. Go to 35 Av if you want the right batteries and a Manager that cares and returns calls. Thank you Bill
